The abiding life of Jesus in produces joyful obedience as we see and savor Jesus as our treasure above all else - Matt Bowers
As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full [John 15:9-11]

A note from the elders to the church
Saturday 6 March
Please pray for the elders as they continue to work through the organisational chart for the church. This is a complex system due to the diversity of the corporate ministries of the church.Funding has been sought from Stewards for the auditorium upgrades and has been approved, including funds to develop the annexed portion of Yangala. This area of land will be developed for the college to use and leased to them to cover the cost of the loan.
The auditorium stage 1 has been done, the structure is in place and the front stage is operational with a few defects to complete. Stage 2 is the side rooms off the stage for props and changing. Stage 3 is toilets in the backstage, which is difficult and expensive, but not an impact on church should we be back in there. The last part is stage 4 curtains etc for drama and adjustments to ceiling.
Questions were asked regarding when we can meet again in the auditorium. The main handicap is the COVID restrictions, and the baptism service made it clear that although we were compliant in the auditorium, once in the café we were not. Until restrictions are relaxed, we will remain in the café. The smaller meetings allow us to share in fellowship together. The baptism service in April will be managed differently in the café with table service and ushers directing people where to sit to ensure we are compliant. People are welcome to sit in family or friendship groups.
The finances have been presented to the elders and Kirk will be make adjustments as directed by the elders in readiness to present to the church at a date to be advised.
